Book 6

Encyclopedia of an Ordinary Life by Amy Krouse Rosenthal was a fun read, and a quick one too. I started and finished it today.  At first glance, you think it is a memoir, and I suppose it is.  However, it is actually in encyclopedia format. Memories and lists and such are alphabetized and cross-referenced. It's fun and different.  I'm not changed by the book, but I do have insight into her personality. The next time I hear her on NPR, I will think, "Oh yeah!  She's the one who...". It was just right for a melancholy sort of day.
